- Take those ideas into finished creative work, staying involved through feedback and the final details.
- Work with me to connect the creative idea to the people we want to reach.
- Explore where AI helps you execute your vision, with your own judgment guiding what makes it into the final piece.

What you get
You’d be closely working with me. I’m Berlin-based. I do believe in a remote-first policy, and the importance of in-person meetups alike. It is early days, and that is the offer: freedom in how you work, responsibility from week one.
- Work on the products and paid campaigns of mission-driven companies. See what happens to the work after you hand it over.
- Remote-first, with Berlin as home. We meet in person when the work is better for it. The working language is English, and German helps with most of our clients.
- A base plus performance pay. The same logic we offer to clients: our pay and yours sit on the same outcomes. Profit share is on the table for the right person. Full time as the norm, fewer days when your seniority carries it.
